Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health invites applicants to join a caring nursing team at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. A valid NJ nursing license is required, with BLS/CPR certification to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of nursing experience or be actively enrolled in the Nurse Residency program. BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within three years of hire is preferred, along with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs,

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or be an active participant in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
