Job summary

Enloe Health in Northern California is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts. The RN will provide patient care, coordinate with the care team, and support families as part of a compassionate, patient-centered care model.

Requirements include California RN license, CPR, ACLS within 6 months, and relevant acute and critical care experience. Sign-on bonus up to $3,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Current license with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current CPR recognition.
• ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
• Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent within one year of employment.
• One year of acute nursing experience and six months of critical care preferred.

• ENL 2 TCU Compensation range: $55.93 - $79.75
• Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience
• Shift: Nights
• Shift length: 12 Hour
• Days off: Variable
• Hours per pay period: 72
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent (Required within one year of employment.)
• Desired: One year of acute nursing experience
• Six months of critical care nursing experience
• Basic Arrhythmia, Hemodynamics or Critical Care Course upon hire

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

• Minimum: Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Current CPR recognition
• ACLS (Required within 6 months of employment.)

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
