Job summary

Enloe Health in Chico seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care under the medical plan of care, coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and quality. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in a Level II Trauma Center environment.

Minimum qualifications include California RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, PALS within 6 months, and NIH Stroke Scale certification. A sign-on bonus up to $3,000 is offered with a nights shift schedule and a 12-hour shift length.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

• Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent (within one year of hire)
• Hemodynamics or equivalent (within one year of hire)
• Critical Care Course or equivalent (within one year of hire)

Desired:

• One year of acute nursing experience
• One year of recent Critical Care RN experience
• One year of recent Intensive Care Unit experience
• Previous Paramedic, ED Triage Tech, EMT, ED Tech or Lift Tech experience
• Basic Arrhythmia, Hemodynamics or Critical Care Course

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum:

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
