Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking an experienced Human Resources recruiter to manage nursing vacancies and candidate flow. The role supports recruitment functions for an acute care setting, logging, reviewing and screening applications and resumes, and representing HR and Employment for the hospital.

The position requires a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and at least three years of RN clinical practice with Oklahoma RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Three years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility is required.
• Oklahoma RN license - must be current, restriction-free and maintained.
• Previous hospital Human Resource and/or employee relations experience preferred.
