Job summary
Endeavor Health - Evanston Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:30 am), 36 hours per week. You will provide nursing care across patient populations and apply the nursing process to plans of care.
Requirements include IL RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and 1 year of nursing experience; BSN preferred. Endevor Health offers premium pay for shifts, tuition reimbursement, health benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- BSN degree preferred.
- Current IL RN licensure required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- 1 year of nursing experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
