Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document assessments and changes in condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety practices.
