Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies and the nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately, reporting changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications, monitors for side effects, and documents administration per standards of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educates patients and families about treatments, post-discharge care, and safety protocols.
• Maintains infection control protocols to prevent healthcare-associated infections and ensures equipment readiness.
