Job summary

Tennova Healthcare- North Knoxville Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and support families in a compassionate environment.

The RN will administer medications, monitor patient status, assist during procedures, and participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives in multiple hospital units.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or applicable compact state.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
