Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.

• Direct care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a demanding environment.
• Apply AACN's Synergy Model and evidence-based care practices.
• Clinical Educators support and guide specialty education and orientation.
