UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a RN for the Progressive Care Unit on a full-time basis. The nurse will provide direct patient care in a complex PCU setting with day and night rotation, using established nursing processes and a multidisciplinary approach.

Onsite role with a comprehensive benefits program. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Colorado RN licensure, 6 months ICU/PCU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship, and BLS/ACLS credentials valid through start

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and eligible for state RN licensure.
• RN license required for practice in Colorado.
• 6 months ICU or PCU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certification with cards in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice; participate in training and orientation.
