Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing required.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
Current RN license in Florida.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, psychological, and social factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders.
Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure safety.
Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and outcomes.
Respond to codes and participate in performance improvement activities.
