AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a full-time role. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible clinicians can earn up to 20% salary increases via the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and advancement criteria. A $10K sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BLS certification required.
• 1+ year acute hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Evaluate and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards compliance.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care within the team.
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement.
• Respond to code situations with appropriate interventions.
