Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Related Field; or Associate Degree and enrolled in BSN program within 2 years of hire and complete BSN within 5 years.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in clinical nursing within an acute care setting.
• RN licensure and ongoing professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to support procedures and day-to-day operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, quality care.
• Promote safe and efficient patient care and perform daily rounds as needed.
• Coordinate care team needs and communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Assist with human resource responsibilities and staff development in collaboration with unit leadership.
