Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (state of employment).
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute/acute-care settings preferred.
• Current BCLS certification; ACLS/PALS desirable depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document findings, reports changes in condition to care team, and update medical records.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects per standards of practice.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope and support care planning.
• Provide patient/family education on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a safe patient environment.
• Operate medical equipment and participate in life-saving interventions when needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
