Within Surgical Services, the RN Surgery Manager will guide perioperative operations across a department focused on safe, efficient, and compassionate procedural care. Reporting to senior nursing or hospital leadership, the RN Surgery Manager will receive executive support while overseeing daily staffing, clinical quality, budget stewardship, performance improvement, employee development, and compliance with perioperative standards. The RN Surgery Manager will work alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of surgeons, anesthesia professionals, surgical technologists, sterile processing staff, administrators, and allied healthcare professionals.
