Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT is seeking a Manager (RN) for the Operating Room to lead daily OR operations, partner with surgeons and anesthesia providers, and ensure safe, efficient surgical care.

This exempt, full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to 15,000 and relocation assistance. Candidates should have Montana RN license, BSN, and strong leadership with focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Eligible Candidates (two-year commitment) and up to $10,000 in Relocation (with receipts)

Schedule: Exempt, Days, Monday-Friday (available for staff when needed including weekends and holidays)

As the OR Manager, you'll partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Our team supports a broad range of specialties, including bariatric weight loss, colorectal, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, pediatric surgery, plastics, podiatry, robotic surgery, and urology.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education:Master's degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred

• Certifications:BLS, PALS and ACLS required

• Experience:Previous Operating Room nursing experience required; Progressive leadership experience in perioperative services preferred.

• Skills:Strong knowledge of surgical workflows, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements, excellent communication, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
