Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN License in State of Oregon.
• Current AHA- BLS and ACLS certification.
• 5+ years nursing experience in OR/Endoscopy/GI Lab or PACU.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, productive work environment and maintain professional conduct.
• Lead and collaborate with clinicians to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Apply Lean principles to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Complete annual compliance training and HIPAA/privacy requirements.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and perform duties as assigned.
