Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking a licensed RN to join our Supplemental Staffing team. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver professional nursing care, using patient assessment data to guide care and ensuring safety across shifts.

The role may assume charge nurse duties as assigned, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. An active NC RN license (or compact state) is required, ADN is required and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure.
• Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrates effective organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of age-specific physiological and psychosocial needs of patients.
