Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan and implement professional nursing care during night shifts. The role emphasizes patient assessment, care coordination, and collaboration with health system staff.

The RN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned, maintain accurate records, and respond to life-threatening situations. North Carolina RN licensure is required or compact licensure.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active North Carolina RN license or Compact state licensure.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.

Responsibilities
