Job summary

Maple Grove in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the night shift. This is a Working RN Supervisor role, providing direct resident care on the nursing cart while leading the shift.

Location is Cincinnati, with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Active Ohio RN license required and prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio (required).
• Skilled nursing/long‑term care experience preferred.
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications, complete treatments, and perform assessments.
• Supervise and support nursing staff overnight.
• Serve as the clinical and operational leader from 7pm-7am.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.

• Coordinate with on-call providers, physicians, and ancillary departments.

Maple Grove in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Night Shift to support our residents and nursing team overnight. This is a working supervisor role, meaning the RN Supervisor will work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care while also serving as the clinical leader for the shift.
