Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift. This working supervisor role combines direct resident care with clinical leadership from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

You will supervise overnight staff, administer medications, perform assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of patient care and teamwork within a stable skilled nursing community.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio (required).
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable managing a nursing cart while supervising staff.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.

Responsabilités

• Work a nursing cart and provide direct resident care during the shift
• Administer medications, complete treatments, and perform assessments
• Supervise and support nursing staff overnight
• Serve as the clinical and operational leader from 7pm-7am
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and standards of care
• Coordinate with on-call providers, physicians, and ancillary departments
• Assist with documentation oversight, incident reporting, and clinical follow-up
