Job summary

Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Utica, NY is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for weekend shifts. You will schedule and supervise nursing staff, foster a compassionate environment for residents and families, and ensure safe, compliant care in a 120-bed facility.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with at least 3 years of long-term care experience. Strong team leadership, familiarity with EHR systems, and good communication and basic computer skills are required.

• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
