Job summary

Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, an 82-bed facility in the village of Minoa, New York, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the 3PM-11PM shift. Based in Minoa, NY, the role focuses on scheduling and supervising nursing staff, maintaining a compassionate environment for residents and families, and ensuring high-quality care.

This supervisory position requires an RN license, LTC experience, strong communication, and teamwork; familiarity with EHR and basic computer

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care.
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following rules and regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing and manage documentation of resident care.
