Job summary

Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekends to oversee resident care, schedule nursing staff, and maintain quality standards at the Utica, NY facility.

The role requires an RN license and a minimum of 3 years in long-term care, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will coordinate care across the team, ensure documentation is accurate, and support residents and families in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
