Mariner Healthcare in California is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in a supervisory role to coordinate clinical services for a nursing unit. You will collaborate with the DON and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with policies.
The role emphasizes nursing assessments, care planning, and staff supervision, with duties expanded during emergencies or staffing shortages. A CA RN license and CPR are required.
In conjunction with the DON, plans, coordinates and manages the clinical services for a specified nursing unit. Responsible
for the coordination and of nursing care and services provided to Residents in the various units and is responsible for
facilitating the interdisciplinary team.

Supervises nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
May be required to respond to critical issues on a 24/7 basis. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee will occasionally assist to lift and / or transfer patients weighing between 100 to 250 pounds. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information. Monitors and oversees facility’s efforts to comply with company policies, procedures and state and federal law. SALARY RANGE: $55.00 to $60.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
