WeCare Centers in Wellsboro, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team. You will provide top-quality patient care, oversee medical treatments, and support our healthcare team.

The role focuses on leadership, staff coaching, on-call duties, and ensuring compliance with policies. Weekend night shifts (10p-6a Saturdays and Sundays) and a collaborative, compassionate work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in PA is required.
• Previous RN experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory skills required to manage nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional role model by providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Maintain nursing staff performance through coaching and collaboration with DON or Facility Administrator.
• Ensure safe, healthy environment and proper nursing techniques.
• Ensure accurate documentation by nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with Residents, families, vendors and interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality care.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement activities and audits.
• Conduct nursing staff evaluations and provide supervision and education.
• Monitor direct care quality and perform periodic audits.
• Take on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
