Job summary

WeCare Centers in Montoursville, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure top-quality patient care. You will oversee clinical operations, mentorship, and on-call leadership to support a safe, compassionate environment.

The right candidate holds an active PA RN license, with preferred experience in acute or long-term care, and a proven ability to collaborate across disciplines to deliver excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of PA.
• Experience as an RN in acute care or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate with DON/HR/Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff; provide guidance and support.
• Monitor patient care quality and ensure compliance with FBH policies.
• Complete staff evaluations, coaching, and ongoing education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with residents, families, and the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Remain available for on-call leadership duties as needed.
