Meadow View Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN will implement care plans, supervise CNAs, and coordinate with physicians and the health care team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, accurate medication administration, admission/discharge planning, and maintaining professional nursing standards within an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure in PA (RN) with valid license.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility.
• BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff at the bedside.
• Coordinate care with other health team members.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Valid PA RN License

Current AHA health care provider training (BCLS)
