The RN provides medication administration, admission/discharge coordination, and daily resident assessments while collaborating with the nursing team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Kansas required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with staff.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission/discharge/transfer records and ensure proper filing.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Facilitate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide professional nursing services per facility policies (catheterization, tube feeding, wound care).
• Communicate with DON and other staff to ensure resident well-being.
