Peak Resources Gastonia is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care in a skilled nursing facility. The role includes weekend shifts, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to contribute to care plans and regulatory compliance.

Qualified applicants will hold an active RN or LPN license in North Carolina, maintain BLS CPR, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and computer skills. Travel within NC may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN/LPN license in this state.
• Current BLS CPR certification including in-person skills assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace.

• Initiate and implement health care plans per the scope of practice.
• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants/licensed personnel.
• Comply with written policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Occasional travel within NC may be required.
