Fountain Care at Sunset Hills is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team in a skilled nursing environment, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth shift operations.

The role requires Missouri RN licensure and prior supervisory or long-term care experience, with a focus on mentorship, documentation, and coordination with physicians and other professionals. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and daily nursing operations during the shift.
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and physician communications.
• Support and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and nursing team members.
• Respond to resident concerns and changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
