Job summary

Fountain Care at Sunset Hills is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our weekend day shift. You will guide the nursing team, ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care, and support residents and families.

This leadership role emphasizes clinical guidance, effective communication, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to maintain staffing, documentation, safety, and infection-control standards in a friendly, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Compassionate approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families and the healthcare team.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assess, monitor and document residents' physical, emotional and medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Oversee individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support quality, safety and infection control standards.
• Help promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.

About the Position:
