Mountain Top Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care for residents and oversee assignments with a focus on quality outcomes. The RN will participate in care planning, evaluations, and interdisciplinary collaboration under physician direction.

Responsibilities include administering medications, admitting and discharging residents, and supervising nursing staff. Strong leadership, clinical skills, and PA RN/GN licensure are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid PA RN/GN license is required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current BCLS training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff at the bedside.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other departments.
• Document patient care and maintain charts per policy.
