South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, MD seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will lead a team, administer medications, document care, and coordinate schedules, while upholding our center's standards and policies.

The ideal candidate has MD or multi-state RN licensure, 5 years RN experience, LTC/SNF exposure, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and drive quality

Formación

• RN license in MD or multistate is required.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of nursing units and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Collaborate with nursing management to develop individual care plans.
• Administer medications, document care, and manage resident schedules.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
