Job summary

Willow Dale Wellness Village is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on a full-time basis. Shifts include 2p-10p or 10p-6a; 8 or 12 hour options; PRN available.

You will supervise clinical staff, uphold infection prevention practices, ensure adequate staffing, and deliver high-quality resident care with guidance and education from our supportive team. Iowa or compact state RN license required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license (Iowa or compact state) required.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Assist with staffing to meet residents’ needs and deliver high-quality care.
