Willow Dale Wellness Village in Battle Creek, Nebraska is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. Full-time with either 8- or 12-hour shifts, 2p-10p or 10p-6a, and PRN opportunities.

You will help supervise clinical staff and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a supportive environment. Requirements include an unencumbered RN license in Iowa or a compact state; prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or a compact state.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to staff and maintain infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing and high standard of resident care.
