Job summary

Willow Ridge Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is a FANTASTIC Long-Term Care Facility seeking a dedicated Licensed Registered Nurse to oversee resident care and direct nursing staff. The RN will develop care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants.

We require a graduate of an approved RN program licensed in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and ideally 2 years of SNF experience. We offer full-time hours (2PM–10PM, Monday–Friday) with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state.
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of in a Skilled Nursing Facility are preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team.
• Records medication administration and patient condition changes.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
