Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor in Hendersonville, NC to coordinate patient care and services, promoting quality care through collaboration with patients and families. The role ensures compliance with laws and Life Care standards and requires leadership of licensed staff and CNAs.

Applicants must have an RN license, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and at least two years of nursing experience (geriatrics preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with an active RN license.
• Two years’ nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services.
• Assist patients daily to evaluate quality of patient care rendered.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs/reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
