Kensington Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our team, supervise clinical care planning, and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

BSN preferred.
Florida RN license is required.
Peripheral IV certification.
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong nursing and regulatory knowledge for nursing care centers.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (other languages helpful).

Responsibilities

Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care and updates to care plans.
Assess residents on admission and as conditions change.
Conduct regular rounds to monitor status and identify needs.
Provide or assist with direct resident care including ADLs, meals, medications, treatments, and leisure activities as appropriate.
