Harbor’s Edge is seeking highly qualified full-time Registered Nurse Supervisors to lead nursing teams and provide compassionate care for residents in a premier continuing care community in Virginia. We offer 8- and 12-hour shifts, favorable nurse-to-patient ratios, and a competitive compensation package.

Ideal candidates will have senior living experience in long-term care, memory support, or assisted living, with a strong commitment to elder care and team leadership within a state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required; active RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum five years of progressive nursing experience; three in supervision.
• CPR/BLS/AED certification required; EMR experience preferred.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure timely resident care and documentation.
• Provide clinical leadership and staff development in a senior living setting.
• Provide direct resident care and coordinate with physicians and families.
• Conduct nursing audits across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support units.
• Perform rounds to ensure staffing and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Ensure emergency equipment is functional and respond to emergency calls.
