Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Osage Beach, MO is seeking an RN to lead nursing teams and coordinate resident care across units. The RN will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and ensure compliance with policies and physician orders.

Ideal candidates hold an MD? No—an RN license, CPR certification, and 2 years in long-term care are preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and EMR skills are essential for delivering high-quality geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification; nursing specialty certification preferred.
• Prefer 2 years' experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read and interpret clinical materials.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by nursing assistants and others.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work of nursing team members.
• Prepares work assignment sheets considering resident safety and staff capabilities.
• Monitors staff performance and completes evaluations.
• Coordinates medication administration and documentation per orders.
• Responds to resident requests and coordinates with physicians as needed.
