Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs and LPNs, directing staff to provide resident care.
• Assess, plan, delegate, and monitor care to ensure individualized resident plans.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Lead admissions and discharges when needed and maintain care continuity.
• Perform charting of resident progress, diagnoses, medications, symptoms, and observations.
