East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a 3PM-11PM RN Supervisor to lead the Nursing Administrative Team and oversee resident care during an evening shift.

The ideal candidate will hold an active GA RN license and have experience in rehab/short-stay settings, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• Experience in rehab/short-stay settings preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ conditions and assess needs to provide high-quality care.
• Observe and interpret residents’ symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (vital signs, injections) and maintain patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications per physician orders.
