Job summary

Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing in Douglasville, GA seeks a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing care delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. The role involves supervising LPNs and CNAs, assessing resident needs, and ensuring high quality care within interdisciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with the DON and Unit Manager, participate in care planning meetings, and drive quality improvement initiatives while reporting on care metrics. Weekend shifts are 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Weekend RN supervisor responsibilities require leadership and clinical oversight.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents, assess needs, and evaluate nursing care.
• Lead and coordinate LPNs and CNAs during weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with DON and Unit Manager to plan and implement a comprehensive nursing program.
• Prepare reports on QM/QI indicators and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement educational plans to meet changing program needs.
