Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris, Tennessee is seeking an experienced RN Night Shift Supervisor to join our care team. You will lead and coordinate nursing staff, assess resident needs, and implement care plans during the night shift to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

RN Night Shift Supervisor Position Summary

As the RN Night Shift Supervisor at Henry County Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our team. Responsibilities include:

• Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
