Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor for the weekend shift to lead the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care units. The role requires a Tennessee license (RN or LPN) and the ability to evaluate and treat residents with independence.

The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure quality outcomes while maintaining strong communication with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee license (RN or LPN)
• Experience in geriatric population is preferred as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of TN, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
