Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris, TN is seeking an RN Night Shift Supervisor to lead the care team during overnight hours. This role will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing staff on the unit.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and demonstrates strong communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
