Overview

Tower Behavioral Health (TBH) is looking for a PRN Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our team!

TBH is a state-of-the-art Psych-Safe facility, offering inpatient and outpatient services, including counseling, substance use disorder treatments, and more. Located in Reading, PA, it features spacious outdoor areas, indoor gymnasiums, an herb garden, and a bird sanctuary.

Purpose Statement

Responsible for daily nursing operations, staffing, and ensuring quality care. Collaborates with teams, ensures compliance with regulations, and prioritizes patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage census and acuity, allocate resources
• Model customer service expectations
• Ensure proper staffing and documentation
• Assist with staff orientation, mentoring, and compliance
• Monitor patient care quality and coordinate services
• Document care, administer medications, and develop care plans
• Lead admissions, discharges, and adjust staffing as needed
• Provide direct care when necessary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; current RN license required
• At least 1 year of RN experience; psychiatric experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred

Certifications

CPR and de-escalation/restraint certifications required. State-specific certifications may be necessary.
