Job summary

Bethany Village Senior Living in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an RN to ensure 24-hour continuity of care, oversee medical records, and assess residents across shifts. This PRN opportunity may include shift differentials and a supportive, community-focused work environment.

Job Description

• Work with your colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.
• Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.
• Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician.
• Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely.
• Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• RN experience for at least one year is required for per diem status.
• Active CPR certification.
