Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Nursing Supervisor with active NYRN licensure to oversee clinical operations in a long term care setting. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate admissions, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of care.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of LTC RN supervision experience, CPR and IV certifications, and strong leadership and clinical skills to guide teams across shifts.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and clinical activities on a shift.
• Complete admissions assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address emergent resident needs and support clinical decisions.
• Serve as clinical resource; delegate tasks to staff.
• Participate in surveys and ensure plan of care is communicated.
• Make rounds to ensure standards and resident needs are met.
• Monitor documentation and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
